We had to move last week’s live session with Nitin Madan, and it is now set for this Thursday, October 22, at 11:00 AM ET. Thank you for your patience, and sorry to everyone who had blocked the original time.

Nothing else changes.

It is still a one-hour live conversation between Nitin and me, with open Q&A throughout, and you are welcome to challenge what works and what doesn’t.

AI masterclass for CFOs (LIVE)

Nitin Madan built AI into board reporting at Barclays: agents, connections into company systems, and a memory that reads previous board decks before it writes the next one.

Nitin has run finance at scale, not just advised on it.

Nitin Madan was MD and CFO of Barclays GCC India, an entity of about 30,000 colleagues with $1.3bn in revenue. At the same time, he was Head of Finance Delivery, Global Head of Data Ops, Global Head of Management Reporting, and India Head of FP&A and Finance Transformation.

Under him, the India finance team grew to 60% of Barclays' global finance team.

Before that, he was a partner at KPMG India, where he built the finance transformation practice from zero into one of the firm’s most profitable.

He also worked at EY and Accenture Strategy and set up the Vodafone and Clariant captive centers in India.
